| Planning Commission
The Planning Commission has seven members who are residents of the Township. They are appointed for 4-year terms by the Board of Commissioners. The Commission:

- Reviews and comments on Comprehensive Plan issues;
|

|
- Prepares the Zoning Ordinance and the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance for consideration by the Board of Commissioners;
|
|
|
- Reviews and makes recommendations on proposals to rezone land;
|
|
|
- Reviews and makes recommendations on land development and subdivision plans;
|
|
|
- Conducts other planning studies and performs other related projects.

The Township Planning Commission meets the first Monday of each month at 6:00 P.M. Except: September 2nd (Monday). The Township Secretary is available to answer questions about the Application for plan review and plan review fees; call 610-777-1343. |
