Engineering
Engineering services are provided to the Township by several different consulting firms. Those firms provide the following services to the Township.
Municipal Engineering

- Draft bid packages for public improvement projects assuring administrative and technical completeness, conduct the bidding process, then act as project manager to oversee the work performed.

- Formulate escrows for land development projects and recommend appropriate release of funds as work is completed.

|
- Inspect items involved with site work, including roadway and parking lot paving of wearing and binder courses and the grading and compaction of the subbase; placement and compaction of piping, inlets, and manholes, for storm and sanitary sewers; placement and compaction of water mains, and laterals; implementation of fire hydrants, thrust blocks, and fittings.

- Work closely with municipal, county, and state agencies and officials to assure strict project compliance with governing authorities.
