Three easy steps to hosting your next event at our facilities:
1. Check the calendar below for availability, next contact the Recreation Director to confirm availability and to place a 3 day hold on the date your desire.
2. Within the holding period complete the permit packet (link below) and submit it to the Recreation Director along with your security deposit($450.00) in order to book the facility.
3. Finally arrange a time (up to the week before your event) to make your full payment and pick up your approved permit, receipt, and facility key.

Attention:
The Warren Recreation Facility located at the intersection of Welsh and Church Roads is available for rental. If you are interested in booking the facility for a party, shower, meeting, event, etc., please contact us by one of the methods listed below.
Rates and Policies:
The recreation center will be booked on a first come first serve basis. The recreation center must be booked for a minimum of 4 hours at a time. We will provide one half hour before and after each rental for set-up and clean-up at no additional charge. The fee for renting this facility is $50/hour for Cumru residents and $65/hour for non-residents. A $450 security deposit is required for every rental, and will be returned after a satisfactory inspection of the facility after your rental, to be completed by one of our staff. We ask that you provide at least 5 business days for us to process your rental permit, however, we may be able to accommodate request in a shorter amount of time.

*With the amount of inquiries, bookings, and changes to bookings we receive weekly it has become nearly impossible to keep an up to date record of available dates on our site, so please confirm availability with the Rec. Director before dropping off your permit packet and deposit. He can be reached at (610) 777-1343 x. 121 or (610) 587-7420.

The Montrose Manor Recreation Facility located at 600 Old Fritztown Road is available for rental. If you are interested in booking the facility for a party, event, etc., please contact us by one of the methods listed below.
Rates and Policies:
The Montrose Manor recreation facilities including a covered pavilion, charcoal grill, bathrooms, playground equipment, a volleyball court, two basketball courts, and a little league baseball/softball field are available for rental on a first come first served basis. A $450.00 security deposit is required to secure a facility use permit. This facility is unavailable during the winter months.
